Learning outcomes of course unit
  • Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of modelling complex electromechanical systems;
  • Knowledge of automation means, typical electrical drive systems of ship installations;
  • The ability to work in the MATLAB / SIMULINK environment;
  • The ability to create models of typical electric drives of ship installations with closed control systems;
  • The ability to configure typical models of direct and alternating current electric drives in the SIM POWER SYSTEM package in accordance with the requirements of the investigated mechanism;
  • The ability to apply the results of mastering the discipline in professional activity.
