the logic of the historical formation and development of Ukrainian culture;

peculiarities of the development of Ukrainian culture in the global, especially European, context;

problems and contradictions in Ukraine's development as a multicultural country.

Apply:

classification, interpretation, and systematization of information from historical and culturological sources;

using scientific terminology to argue one's position on current issues in the history and culture of Ukraine;

demonstrating critical thinking about falsifications of historical and cultural information.

Analyze:

historical events in the periods of Ukrainian pre-modernity, modernity, and postmodernity;

the phenomenon of multilayeredness in Ukraine's cultural heritage;

problems of intercultural communication in Ukraine.
