 the purpose, principles and sphere of action of democracy, the dichotomy of the sections of democracy and its directions, the nature and content of the main democratic phenomena and processes, as well as the dynamics of democracy in the world, the need for the application of democracy in Ukraine to comply with European standards for the observance of human rights.

Application:

the necessary sources on democracy when considering cases and solving practical problems, a professional thesaurus when articulating certain problems that arise in society, setting tasks, solving problems, principles of democracy in modern life, including when modeling and justifying the position of an active citizen in accordance with various legal situations, the necessary provisions of international law, the use of information technologies, databases and computer programs that are necessary, appropriate and useful for solving practical tasks in democracy. Analysis:

legally significant facts, circumstances and phenomena on democratic issues, substantiation of legal conclusions on democratic issues.

Assessment:

the relevance of democratic tools, arguments when discussing democratic measures due to the nature and content of social phenomena and processes, the persuasiveness of arguments when solving problems, in particular when applying the tools of public action and perspectives of democratic positions
