Learning outcomes of course unit | Memorization: conceptual and categorical apparatus of labor law and social security law; sources, objects and subjects of labor law and social Memorization: conceptual and categorical apparatus of labor law and social security law; sources, objects and subjects of labor law and social security law; principles of mandatory state pension insurance. Understanding: mechanism of emergence, change and termination of labor and closely related relations; features of the application of labor legislation and legislation on social insurance and social security; the grounds and procedure for imposing disciplinary liability under labor legislation; - the implementation mechanism for the protection of social and labor rights of citizens. Application (skill): operate with the concepts that were learned during the study of the discipline; explain and correctly apply the current labor legislation and social security legislation in a specific situation; choose the most effective ways to protect violated rights in the social and labor sphere. Analysis: regulatory legal acts regulating labor relations and relations in the field of social security; legally significant facts in the social and labor sphere and justification of legal conclusions; analysis of general and special norms, identification of differences in pension provision of different categories of citizens. Assessment: the effectiveness of legal regulation of legal relations by the norms of labor law and social security law; persuasiveness of legal evidence when solving problematic issues when solving labor disputes; the persuasiveness of the evidence base when deciding the issues of granting benefits, benefits and social services. Creation: reports, presentations, tasks on social and labor issues; providing advice on the application of labor and social legislation in various categories of cases; independently prepare drafts of procedural documents, in particular, prepare statements of claim, appeals regarding the protection of social and labor rights; solve practical tasks to ensure effective and full guarantee of labor rights and interests of citizens. |
