Understanding: patterns of historical development of Ukrainian statehood and state. Application: interpretation of historical and legal monuments of Ukraine. Analysis: identification of substantive components in historical and legal facts; identification of common, special, and singular in the development of the Ukrainian state and foreign states. Evaluation: the current political and legal reality of Ukraine based on knowledge of the historical retrospective of the Ukrainian state and statehood; the significance of historical experience for the modern development of legal European statehood in Ukraine. Creating: holistic image of the retrospective, the current state and prospects for the development of the Ukrainian state. |
