the purpose, principles and scope of the discipline, the nature and content of the concepts of law enforcement and judicial activity, the main legal phenomena and processes that determine it, as well as the dynamics of development, the need to reform the law enforcement system of Ukraine in accordance with European standards for compliance with human rights.

the necessary sources of the discipline when considering cases and solving practical problems, a professional thesaurus when articulating certain law enforcement problems, setting tasks, solving tasks, knowledge about law enforcement and judicial bodies when modeling and justifying a legal position, including, in accordance with the legal conclusion made in various legal situations, when solving the tasks of the necessary provisions of normative legal acts of Ukraine regulating judicial and law enforcement activities, the use of necessary, appropriate and useful for solving practical tasks in the discipline of information technologies, databases and computer programs.
