Learning outcomes of course unit | Learning: the structure and content of the field of state (constitutional) law of foreign countries; structures of some constitutions of foreign countries; special constitutional and legal terminology. Comprehension: essence and content of constitutional and legal institutions and norms; the purpose, principles and scope of state (constitutional) law of foreign countries; the legal nature and content of the constitutional-legal system, phenomena and processes; basic modern legal, democratic and political theories, doctrines, values and principles of functioning of constitutionalism. Knowledge (skills) application: to collect, compare and analyze materials from various sources of state (constitutional) law of foreign countries; to formulate own well-founded judgments based on the analysis of issues in the field of state (constitutional) construction; identify and formulate those issues in the field of state (constitutional) law and construction that require assistance and act in accordance with recommendations; use the information obtained from primary and secondary sources of state (constitutional) law of foreign countries for their professional activities; to be able to freely use information resources, search systems and databases for professional activities; apply acquired knowledge and skills in the field of state (constitutional) law of foreign countries in various legal situations, distinguish legally significant facts and form justified legal conclusions; to provide consultations on the peculiarities of the mechanism of protection of constitutional rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and a citizen. Analysis of: legally significant facts, circumstances and phenomena from constitutional and legal issues; certain problems of the state (constitutional) law of foreign countries with sufficient justification. Assessment: the correctness of the implementation of certain constitutional and legal procedures; the correctness of the application of constitutional and legal norms; perspectives of legal positions. Creation of: models of cases and problems on constitutional and legal issues; reports, essays, presentations on constitutional and legal issues; substantiated conclusions on constitutional and legal issues. |
