Learning outcomes of course unit | Learning: separate norms of specialized legislation regulating the information sphere; structure and content of information law, information sphere and information society; special terminology in the field of information law and intellectual property law. Comprehension: the subject area and methodological foundations of information law; explain the nature and content of the main legal phenomena and processes in the field of information law; prospective directions of information law development; theoretical foundations of legal policy in the information sphere and national security. Knowledge (skills) application: use the skills of searching, processing and analyzing information in professional activities; to reveal the necessary knowledge and understanding of the essence and content of the main legal institutions of information law and norms of fundamental branches of law, values and principles of functioning of the national legal system; to provide consultations on legal issues in the field of information law. solve problems in the field of information law, taking into account the requirements of legislation, identify legal conflicts and problems. Analysis of: legal problems, make informed decisions and form legal conclusions in the field of information law; phenomena and processes based on the application of theoretical knowledge and applied skills regarding the implementation of professional activities in the information field; law enforcement activities on the activities of public authorities in the information sphere.
