Learning outcomes of course unit | Successful study of the educational discipline "Modern systems for determining the ships movement parameters" involves obtaining the following results: 1. Knowledge of the basic laws, theories and principles of operation of gyrocompasses with an autonomous sensitive element, with a corrected sensitive element, with a dynamically adjusted gyroscope, strapdown gyrocompasses (laser and fiber optic): - processes of continuous and damped oscillations of sensitive elements of gyrocompasses; - external and internal factors affecting the occurrence of speed and inertial errors of gyrocompasses, - taking into account the total inertial deviation. - ship rolling influence on the accuracy of the course measurement andprevention of this influence; - construction features of various models of strapdown gyrocompasses and prospects for their use. - principles of operation of satellite indicators of the ship's course. 2. Knowledge of the magnetic compasses construction and their use: - formation of the ship's magnetic field; - determination of magnetic compass deviation; occurrence of quarter, semicircular and heelingerrors; - methods of elimination of semicircular and heelingerrors, calculation of the residual deviation table. - adjustment of semicircular deviation coefficients invoyage; - flux-gate compasses, features of their use. |
