- compile and maintain the necessary technical and commercial documentation related to the technical operation of the vessel, namely: technical forms, applications for technical supply, calculations of the required amount of fuel and lubricants, details of repair works, conventional documents, the budget of the vessel and groups of vessels;

- simulate real existing management systems;

- use methods of improving existing systems and directions, creating new ones.
