The ability to plan and manage safe and efficient maintenance and repair of vessels in accordance with the requirements of conventions and classification societies: updating of equipment running hours; preparation of work orders for routine, one-time and group works; work orders administration; work orders completion control and their issuing; work orders completion reports; reports on urgent works according to section 10 of the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention.

The ability to organize gathering of data, to summarize and analyze it regarding to the technical condition, environmental and thermal technical operational characteristics of ship power facilities, to develop recommendations as for their improvement having computerized inventory and analysis of emergency works, results of thermal technical measurements, expenses on spare parts and materials.
