Learning outcomes of course unit | Learning: the essence of business psychology and its application in the activities of the organizationprinciples of effective business communication;principles and stages of the negotiation process;tools of the negotiation process Comprehension: content and meaning of business communication;finding and solving existing problems of the negotiation process in the organization;principles of building effective communication relationships in the business environment Knowledge (skills) application: the basics of analyzing the stages of the negotiation process;preparation and conduct of business negotiations;methods of creating an effective communicative environment; Analysis of: the latest information on the terms of negotiations, partners and directions of negotiations;factors affecting business negotiations;prospects for the development of business psychology at maritime and river transport enterprises. Assessment: negotiation environment, opportunities of partners in the negotiation process;problematic moments in the negotiation process, the reasons for their appearance, and ways to eliminate themefficiency and results of the negotiation process. Creation of: 1. algorithm of formation of effective business communication;2. models of the negotiation process;sequence of implementation: formation of the whole business communication, restrictions and criteria when building the negotiation process; formation of the final package of the negotiation process. |
