Remember:

peculiarities of HR - management in the maritime industry;principles of forming an effective personnel management system in the organization;methodological principles of personnel management;the basics of forming a successful team as a social entity;conditions for applying modern methods of planning and forecasting personnel needs.

Understand:

essence and content of HR - management;methods and approaches to HR management;peculiarities of the functioning of the personnel management system, modern approaches and trends.

Apply:

knowledge and practical skills of designing a personnel management system and the normative number of employees of the personnel service of the enterprise; basic approaches to solving personnel management problems in the organization;regarding the rational evaluation of employees and being able to apply them in each specific organization; regarding the organization's personnel development system.

Analyze:

the status of the organization's personnel policy;evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of personnel management;factors affecting staff turnover;  personnel market and methods of ensuring competitive advantages.

Evaluate:

the content and sequence of the HR manager's actions in the process of developing the company's personnel policy and strategy, planning and organizing personnel management;the system of professional promotion of employees, as well as the mechanism of professional and qualification growth of managers and specialists; effectiveness of using modern information technologies in personnel management.

Create:

data bank regarding the internal and external reserve of candidates for vacant jobs;personnel selection algorithm;interview plan with candidates for vacant positions in the organization and analyze questionnaire data.
