Learning outcomes of course unit | Remember: theoretical foundations of change management in the organization; principles and processes of change management; types of changes and models of change management; the main stages of the change management process. Understand: nature, sources and the need for changes; content and meaning of change management in the organization; mechanisms for implementing changes; features of changes based on reengineering, restructuring, etc. Apply: skills of managing individual, group and organizational changes; develop an effective action plan for implementing changes; manage the change process at various stages of the life cycle enterprises; formation of a team to carry out changes; methods of motivating staff to implement changes; techniques for overcoming conflicts in the process of change; monitor and analyze the change process, etc. Analyze: factors that affect business processes in the organization regarding the implementation of changes; causal problems of change management; causes of resistance to changes, their elimination; use of methods of selection and evaluation of change projects. identification and ranking of problems of the organization.
