Learning outcomes of course unit | Remember: classification of conflicts in management activities; possible causes of conflict situations in managerial activities; modern methods of conflict resolution in managerial activities. Understand: essence and content of conflicts in the organization, sources and consequences;peculiarities of overcoming conflicts in the organization, from the point of view of management;the use of conflict situations for the benefit of the organization, as well as the purposeful formation of conflicts. Apply: knowledge and practical skills in conflict resolution; basic approaches to resolving conflicts in managerial activities;skills of constructive behavior in a conflict situation. Analyze: the latest information on conflict resolution technology in management activities,factors that influence the emergence of a conflict situation; prospects for the development of the organization as a result of the conflict;new approaches to conflict resolution in managerial activities. Evaluate: organizations and technologies for conflict resolution in management activities,conditions and factors for the success of conflict resolution in managerial activities,results and perspectives of conflict resolution in the organization. Create: conflict resolution algorithm in management activities; recommendations and principles for the implementation of musical technologies for conflict resolution in management activities;cases and recommendations for actions in conflict situations. |
