Learning:

principles and norms of international transport and customs law;

the role of international organizations in customs and trade regulation;

acts of foreign law in the regulation and organization of international transportation by various types of transport.

legal personality of participants in international transport and customs legal relations;

regularities of creation and functioning of international organizations and institutions in the field of commercial relations;

international standards in the field of simplification and harmonization of customs procedures.

Knowledge (skills) application:

interpretation of transport and customs regulations contained in international sources of law;

classification of international organizations and institutions in the field of transport and customs legal relations;

identification of privileges, and preferences in international customs law.

Analysis of:

separation of public law and private law components in transport and customs relations with the participation of international entities;

determination of the conditions for accepting the participation of states in the transport provision of the Foreign еconomic аctivity;

legal regimes of the customs space of states.

features of the organization of the movement of vehicles during international transportation;

National regulation of the organization of international transportation by various modes of transport;
