Learning outcomes of course unit |
Acquired knowledge:
- physical meaning and units of measurement of basic physical quantities, the mechanism of basic physical phenomena, processes and their theoretical interpretation;
- possible ways of applying basic physical phenomena and research methods in the study of special disciplines and practical activities;
- operating principle of the most important mechanical and electrical devices.
Acquired skills:
- apply knowledge in the field of physics to solve various physical problems, as well as problems of special and general engineering profiles;
- conduct an experiment to study a particular physical process, present the results obtained graphically and estimate the measurement error;
- give a scientific interpretation of various natural phenomena, use various physical concepts, phenomena and laws in the study of social disciplines as an example of the manifestation of general philosophical laws and categories.
