connections between science and education in the contemporary development of society;

the role of universities in the formation of an educated person;

approaches to and trends in implementing the principle of lifelong learning.

Skills:

critically analyze and compare trends in current European and Ukrainian education systems.

examining the impact of science on the content of education and the pedagogical process.

utilize advancements in modern science for lifelong learning;

develope skills for self-directed learning;

form personal competencies through self-knowledge and manage oneself in non-standard situations of professional activity.
