Content of course unit

The main goal of studying the training discipline Organization and management of the crew is the formation of future fleet commanders with a comprehensive idea of their duties, and the possibility of maintaining proper discipline, cohesion, a sense of a single team, and a healthy moral and psychological climate in the ship's crew. In this way, to help them realize their role, functions and responsibility of the manager on the ship, in order to act correctly in any situation.

- Chapter 1. General aspects of human relations.

- Chapter 3. Socio-psychological foundations of the leadership of the court crew.

- Chapter 4. Principles of controlling the actions of subordinates and maintaining good relations between them.
