Remembering:

standards and principles of international law on the protection and use of  the spaces and resources of the World Ocean;

sources of international and national legal regulation of social relations on the protection and use of the spaces and resources of the World Ocean.

Understanding:

the content of the concept of the World Ocean as a common heritage of humanity;

patterns of development of legal regulation of the use of the spaces and resources of the World Ocean;

basic approaches to the resolution of international maritime disputes;

the mechanism of functioning of international organizations that ensure law and order in the World Ocean.

Application of knowledge (skills):

interpretation of standards and principles of international and national law on the protection and use of  the spaces and resources of the World Ocean;

resolving legal cases related to the usage and protection of the spaces and resources of the World Ocean in a situation of legal uncertainty.

Analyzing:

the structure of international legal relations arising from the use and protection of the spaces and resources of the World Ocean;
