Learning outcomes of course unit

‑ Knowledge of the basic aspects of team formation and development dynamics, the ability to establish interpersonal relationships to achieve group goals;

‑ understanding of individual characteristics and personality structure, adaptation issues, and integration into the group;

‑ knowledge of the leadership nature and typology, the ability to identify main leadership styles and apply them according to tasks and situations;

‑ understanding of conflict nature, conflict-free behaviour rules, and the ability to analize and manage conflicts;

‑ knowledge and understanding of basic management principles, the necessity of their application, and evaluating potential consequences;

‑ understanding the specifics of managerial activities, management functions such as planning, motivation, organization, and control;

‑ analysis of the  organization internal and external environment  in planning and organizing team activities;

‑ knowledge and understanding of communication specifics in team activities, key communication barriers, and ways to eliminate them;

‑ ability to justify, make, and implement managerial decisions in a team considering methods and procedures for decision-making in management.
