• liquefied gas recondensation systems;
• design and principle of operation of technological and other special refrigerating equipment;
• conditions of transportation and measures to maintain optimal regimes during storage of refrigerated cargo, during transportation of liquefied gases;
• marine sanitary declarations as required by the International Sanitary Regulations.

Skills:

• calculate heat gain into rooms and tanks with liquefied gases;
• calculate modes of cooling and freezing of food products;
• calculate the mode parameters of the process of recondensation of liquefied gases;
• to offer optimal temperature and humidity regimes in ref premises;
• identify the causes of deviations from the specified regimes and eliminate them in a timely manner;
• select equipment that will provide optimal product storage modes;
• ensure efficient operation of refrigeration units and special equipment;
• use methods to prevent pollution of the marine environment.
