- basic concepts in the field of standardization;
- units of physical quantities and their system, standards of basic physical quantities;
- assessment of the quality of measurements, the means of obtaining them;
- methods of measuring electrical quantities;
- principles of measuring devices construction, installations and systems;
- ways of using measuring equipment.
- Skill:
- to solve the problems of processing measurement results, to estimate measurement errors according to the metrological characteristics of the measuring equipment;
- determine the optimal parameters of measuring equipment for a specific application;
- carry out electrical measurements;
- process measurement results and usage of their results;
- form conclusions based on the obtained results.
