- The ability to take into account modern development trends, general methods and means of intelligent control systems in one’s professional activity;
- The ability to design control systems with elements of artificial intelligence, neural networks, fuzzy logic and dispatching, supervision and data gathering in accordance with the technical task requirements;
- Willingness to take part in setting up and putting into operation control systems with elements of artificial intelligence;
- The ability to perform scientific research on control systems with elements of artificial intelligence;
- The ability to analyze algorithms and intelligent control systems programmes using standard software.
