Learning outcomes of course unit | Memorization: structure and content of the field of civil law, its sub-fields, institutes, sub-institutes; structures of the Civil Code of Ukraine; forms of civil legislation; special civil legal terminology; principles and presumptions of civil law. Understanding: the subject of civil law and its importance in the regulation of social relations; the essence of civil law categories; the nature and content of civil relations, contracts and legal facts; the process of exercising and protecting civil rights; concepts of property rights; extensive system of obligation law; essence and process of inheritance law. Application of knowledge (skills): interpretation and application of laws and other legal acts in the field of regulating civil relations; use of the necessary sources of civil law when considering and solving practical problems; design, broadcasting and modification of legal situations and tasks on problematic issues using information technologies, databases and computer programs; processing of legal documents, acts of civil status, contracts, other transactions and documents; Analysis: legally significant categories and constructions in civil law, identifying common and special features in them; establishment of formal and logical connections and relationships between legal phenomena and processes; criteria structuring civil law as complex field of law and specifying its composition; practice of application civil law norms, specifying their efficiency. Evaluation: roles of civil relations; improvement of mechanisms of civil law regulation; criteria of civil law related to the method of regulation and content legal relationship; persuasiveness of arguments and evidence when solving legal problems; perspectives of legal positions; legal constructions regarding functioning, expediency and legal effectiveness; boundaries of the interaction of private and public law and development of possible ways and mechanisms of their coordination; Creation: drafts of documents, contracts, case models and tasks of a civil-law nature; reports, essays, presentations on civil and legal issues; proposals and forecasts for the development and application of sub-fields, institutions and legal structures; formation of convincing ideas about the legal nature and purpose of civil law; deep knowledge and high level legal awareness; |
