the relationship between intellectual property rights and property rights;

typical features of intellectual property objects;

grounds and procedure for acquiring intellectual property rights;

actions that are not an violation of intellectual property rights;

the reasonability of using a particular instrument of individualisation of participants in civil transactions, goods and services;

Practical application (skills):

to operate with the concepts learnt during the study of the discipline;

to use in professional activities regulatory legal acts in the field of intellectual property;

choose the most effective ways to protect infringed intellectual property rights;

advise clients on possible ways to protect their rights and interests in the field of intellectual property law;

legally significant facts in the field of intellectual property and basis for legal conclusions;
