individual characteristics and personality structure, adaptation problems in a social group;

nature and typology of leadership;

main stages, types of conflicts, and approaches to their resolution;

specifics of managerial activities, main management approaches, and their peculiarities.

To understand:

the specifics of forming a social group and its development dynamics;

the role of a leader and manager in organizing collective activities;

specifics and characteristics of communication processes within a group;

content of the main management functions;

patterns and stages of decision-making processes.

To apply:

methods of studying personality, conflict diagnosis;

communicative techniques and ways to overcome communication barriers;

leadership techniques and methods of managing a group according to the situation;

methods of conflict analysis considering their consequences.

To analyze:

causes and dynamics of conflict, participants' behavior strategies;

specifics of communication within a group, main communication barriers, and ways to overcome them;

specifics of internal and external organizational environments for effective planning and organizing group activities.

individual qualities and properties of team members;

own competencies of a leader and manager;

developed options of managerial decisions and their consequences.
