Memorization:

conceptual and categorical apparatus used in EU labor law;

the concept, content and subjects of European labor law;

legal norms of the leading European normative legal acts that determine the standards of social and labor rights.

Understanding:

peculiarities of legal regulation of social and labor relations by EU legislation;

the essence of European standards for the protection of social and labor rights of citizens;

the grounds and procedure for applying labor legislation and legislation on social insurance and social security in the EU;

a mechanism for the implementation and legal means of protecting the social and labor rights of citizens in the EU.

Application (skills):

legal European terminology in the field of protection of social and labor rights;

national and international acts on standards for the protection of social and labor rights;

sources of European labor law in practice, including in resolving labor disputes;

the ability to use legal material from various sources of European labor law;

Analysis:

to identify and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the legal provision of social and labor rights in Ukraine in comparison with international labor standards;

delimitation of judicial order and other alternative ways of resolving labor disputes;

compliance of labor legislation of Ukraine with international and European labor standards.

to analyze international legal acts of a universal and regional nature in the aspect of reflecting their standards for the protection of social and labor rights.

ways to improve the legal regulation of social relations of hired labor in Ukraine, taking into account European experience;

prospects for the application of EU labour law in the field of professional activity.

substantiation of conclusions and generalizations regarding the effectiveness of the process of adaptation of domestic labor law to EU labor law;

рrovide advice on different categories of labor cases;

reports, presentations on the protection of social and labor rights of citizens;

draft procedural documents, in particular, claims, appeals for the protection of social and labor rights.
