Memorization:

informational, methodical, material, financial and personnel support of the organization;

Understanding:

methods of making effective management decisions and ensuring their implementation;

modern maritime trade market and practical management problems in the field of sea and river transport;

risks at sea and river transport enterprises.

Application of knowledge (skills):

mastery of teamwork skills taking into account intercultural differences during business communication, ability to use conflict resolution methods and self-control in extreme situations;

the ability to monitor changes in legislation, navigate in regulatory acts to ensure the legality of decisions in the maritime sector;

specialized software and information systems for solving organizational management problems

Analysis:

factorial, situational, correlation-regression analysis to find reserves for increasing the efficiency of marine industry enterprises;

analyze and structure the problems of the organization,

Evaluation:

investments by methods of statistical and dynamic evaluation,

forecasts and activity plans of maritime transport enterprises;

Creation:

innovative projects and methods of evaluating the results of innovations in port infrastructure, shipping and chartering.

Content of course unit

The industrial practice of higher education applicants involves the acquisition of professional competences in order to consolidate and deepen knowledge of the main professionally-oriented disciplines, obtained by the applicants during the training process based on the assimilation of theoretical material, the formation of professional skills, systematization of skills; mastering by students of higher education modern methods, forms of organization of professional activity.

Industrial practice gives an opportunity to reveal the level of assimilation of theoretical knowledge and practical training, the ability to work independently in the chosen specialty and is a necessary condition for obtaining a master's degree.

Production practice is one of the types of individual master's work.

The Diary contains: complete information about the referral of the applicant of higher education to the appropriate practice base; summary report on practice; feedback and assessment of the work of a higher education applicant from the internship database: feedback and evaluation of an internship by a higher education applicant.
